ZooZoo began planning to import walruses in April of 2008, and after three years of preparation they received two pups on November 27th, 2011. The animals were given a public debut on December 2nd, following a five day quarantine.
Originally called ThemePark ZooZoo 테마파크 쥬쥬, this facility came under the ownership of Zoorarium and was renamed in August of 2018.
