Notes and Information

This calf was conceived at Tierpark Hagenbeck via breeding loan.

This calf was positioned improperly in utero and was unable to be delivered; neither the calf nor the mother survived. The pair have been donated to the Ghent University Museum, where their skeletons will be prepared for public display.
